Pula

APC-Africa-Women call their newsletter Pula, a Tswana word for rain, because they believe that the information shared will encourage the growth of ICTs for women's empowerment, development, and social justice in Africa. The aim of Pula is to promote and profile the work and activities of women and ICTs in Africa. It highlights current issues and encourages the production of new knowledge on African women's use of ICTs.
